Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Superintendent in Thousand Oaks, CA to lead ground-up luxury residential projects. You will coordinate teams and vendors, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery for $5M–$10M+ homes while upholding safety and documentation standards.

The role requires 7+ years as a superintendent with strong leadership, communication, and client-relations skills to drive profitable, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent at a general contractor on luxury/custom home projects.
• Strong drive, leadership and personal skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects/teams and manage sub/vendor relationships to deliver quality work on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure deadlines, efficiency, site safety, budgets, and documentation; manage logs and resources.
• Oversee ground-up luxury homes valued at $5M–$10M+ and maintain client satisfaction.

• Lead/coordinate projects/teams, sub/vendor relationships, produce quality work that’s on schedule/profitable, resolve issues, prioritize/delegate tasks, and organize/track materials/resources


• Ensure project deadlines/efficiency, control job costs, project logs/docs, budget, jobsite safety, and schedule


• Projects are mostly ground-up high-end custom homes that are $5M-$10M+ each

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent at a general contractor on luxury/custom home projects


• Strong drive, solid leadership/personal skills, and attention to detail


• Excellent communication and client relation skills
