Join ENTRUST Solutions Group as a Substation Project Manager and become a vital part of our dynamic team! In this role, you will lead and execute complex engineering projects related to substations, ensuring they meet client and internal performance indicators. Your focus will be on maintaining schedule and budget performance, enhancing project profitability, and fostering strong client relationships and satisfaction. Quality control will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities.

As a Sr. Substation Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to supervise and mentor other team members, including Project Managers and Senior Technical Leads. Collaboration is at the heart of our work, and you will work closely with peers, Senior Technical Leads, and engineers to achieve project goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate fee revenue forecasts and ensuring that our engineering practices align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and technical innovations.

Additionally, you will play an active role in sales calls and client presentations, showcasing our expertise and commitment to excellence. In this role, you are enabled to be at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and utilizing tools such as, Microsoft Copilot, bespoke AI workflow tools, and an IT team dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation to enhance our operations and drive efficiency. All employees can engage with the Digital Transformation Team to support the integration of new tools and following employee ideas to drive success for the business.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience managing substation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university or equivalent
• 6 + years of experience managing engineering projects.
• Ability to lead projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• General project management experience. Ability to manage cost, budget, schedule, and coordinate site walks as necessary.

Benefits & Salary:

• This position pays between $120,000 to $176,000 annually and is an exempt position.
• Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
• Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
• May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
