What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead implementations as the client-facing project manager for complex, multi-program implementations
- Tailor the implementation process and product configurations to align with customer business processes
- Prepare detailed and accurate status reports, mitigating delays and escalating issues when necessary
- Track major client-specific product deliverables and ensure adherence to the scope of work
- Collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders while serving as the primary liaison between the client and technical resources

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years of experience with implementation or support of SaaS technologies
- 3+ years of experience managing conflict and risks during implementations
- 3+ years of experience owning technical client relationships and issue resolution
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project management coursework and certification
- Experience working in health informatics or within the healthcare industry
- Experience organizing and analyzing large data sets
- Ability to translate technical concepts to various audiences
- Proven solid decision-making capability with process improvement experience
