Battelle in Columbus, Ohio seeks an experienced Subcontract Specialist to issue and manage high-dollar standard and non-standard purchases in compliance with corporate policy and applicable laws. You will handle moderate to complex purchase orders and subcontract agreements, developing independent business solutions under the guidance of senior staff.

Issues subcontracts for standard and non-standard goods, services, and materials of high dollar value and moderate risk in accordance with corporate policies and procedures and within government laws and regulations. Can independently handle moderate to complex purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and related documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures. Required to develop independent business solutions and work closely with senior subcontract and contracting staff. Assists Subcontract Representatives on occasion.
Battelle is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $66,500 - $94,800per year, in addition to our comprehensive benefits package. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. Salary ranges may vary based on geographic location and market conditions.
