Senior Structural Engineer

Location: St. Louis, MO or Springfield, IL

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000

We are actively seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with 5–15 years of experience to join our Water Resources Team. This role will support water resources, municipal, and commercial clients, offering opportunities to tackle new challenges in a dynamic environment.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structures from an accredited university
• 5-15 years of related structural engineering experience, focusing on building, industrial, and/or environmental structures
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software
• Strong communication, technical, and computer skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, adapt to changing project demands, and work independently
• Experience with structural design and analysis software
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois or Missouri, or ability to obtain license within 3 months
• Licensed Illinois Structural Engineer

Additional Requirements:

• Experience evaluating existing structures, rehabilitation needs, and cost estimation
• Field experience in construction observation and inspection
• Desire or experience mentoring and training engineers
