Mondelez International in the United States (East Hanover, NJ) seeks an experienced procurement leader to develop regional category strategies for marketing and sales suppliers and to drive global and regional sourcing initiatives. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on supplier negotiations and relationship management.

You will lead cross-functional teams, negotiate MSAs, and identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring policy compliance and KPI attainment, in a hybrid work

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement and manage regional procurement category strategies for marketing and sales suppliers.
• Support the implementation of the Global & Regional Procurement strategy.
• Negotiate, review and maintain all Master Service Agreements (MSA) within areas of defined spend responsibility.
• Identify and implement cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to select the best suppliers with the most cost effective and/or value-added solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Global Buying Policy and adherence to KPIs.
• Actively managing Supplier Relationships.

Work schedule

From Monday to Friday. Hybrid model (2-3 days at East Hanover, NJ office).

Salary and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $140,300 to $192,940; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
