Job summary

The Building People is seeking a Sr Strategic Capture Manager to drive growth in federal market opportunities. This self-driven leader will collaborate with a team to shape proposals and win strategies that align with the customer mission.

Key duties include developing call plans, identifying opportunities, conducting market and competitor analyses, coordinating bid teams, and supporting proposal development to present a coherent, differentiating value to DoD customers.

Responsibilities

• Develops, organizes, and executes client call plans around The Building People’s capabilities
• Identifies, qualifies, conducts capture and works with operations to shape opportunities
• Conducts analysis of market opportunities within facilities management, building operations and maintenance, energy management, and workplace optimization services
• Develops final win themes, win strategies, value propositions, and differentiators
• Assesses and continually updates competitor capabilities, conducts SWOT analysis
• Establishes the team needed to bid the procurement, including subcontractors
• Ensures a coherent, integrated The Building People message to customers while promoting the full breadth and depth of The Building People’s services and solutions that can support the customer’s mission
• Supports overall proposal development efforts to include reviewing/editing proposal responses, participation on “color” and review teams, and providing support across functional lines
• Develops and tracks a strategic Call Plan which includes regular, periodic meetings with strategically relevant customer contacts

The Building People is in search of a Sr Strategic Capture Manager.The selected candidate will be aself-driven individual to complement our growing team to develop new business within the Federal/DoD market. The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented individual who can create long‑term, trusting customer relationships.
