Current Need: Our Strategic Accounts Team supporting Customer Sales & Support is seeking its newest team member. This fast-paced role provides support to internal business partners managing large strategic accounts.

Remote Training Program:

  • Training is conducted remotely and typically lasts 3 weeks (Monday through Friday).
  • Training begins with system instruction and covers account and contract support, as well as daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall health of assigned accounts in compliance with service level agreements and metrics.
  • Build relationships and serve as a point of contact for multi-million-dollar accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to support accounts.
  • Communicate account health and progress proactively.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly using available resources.
  • Partner with sales and customers to develop processes that meet their needs.
  • Make decisions amid ambiguity and complexity.
  • Obtain contract documentation and assist with eligibility issues.
  • Meet or exceed service level expectations.

Minimum Requirements: 2+ years of relevant experience.

Critical Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in account management, sales support, or contract administration.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel – Pivots, VLOOKUPS).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with contract management.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly.
  • Understanding of both big picture and details.
  • Customer support or contract support experience.

Additional Skills:

  • Self-starter with passion for customer support.
  • Attention to detail and organization.
  • Effective relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Knowledge of Group Purchasing Organizations or Salesforce preferred.

Education:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Standard home office setting.
