The Senior Specialist Sourcing Management develops and administers contract administration policies, systems, procedures and methods.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Provides interpretation of terms and conditions of contractual obligations. May negotiate contract modifications, follow-up quotations, revisions, terms and conditions with vendors. Responsible for the review and administration of long-term and/or blanket purchase contracts. Responsible for commercial contract issues, negotiations and/or administration of licensing agreements including renewal, new business, invoicing, credit holds, receivable issues and consolidations.

Typical responsibilities include: Administers contracts in accordance with company and customer policies and procedures, provide interpretation and analysis of contract documents and reviews and evaluates customer requests for changes in or revisions of contracts that involve technical specifications, cost, or schedule impact on the company. Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures; resolves a wide range of issues.
