We are inviting applications for the role of Procurement Specialist – Senior Process Associate – Spanish – Remote RO

Responsibilities

· PO (Purchase order) creation

· PO change/cancellation

· ETA Management and PO expediting - updating the estimated time of arrival in the system

· GR (Goods Receipt) posting once delivery is done

· SO (Sales Order) creation-creates customized customer statements and sends them to customers

· Procurement Helpdesk

· Acting as point of contact for any procurement related topic within the business departments

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

· Experience in Procurement

· Language: Spanish C1, English B2

· SAP knowledge mandatory

· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs; intermediate to advanced skills required

· Organized personality with attention to details and customer orientation;

· Flexibility & tolerance for ambiguity, logical thinking, proactiveness

· Good communication skills

· Ability to handle client on one-on-one basis, via e-mails and calls;

Preferred qualifications

· University graduate (Economic studies are an advantage);

· Supply Chain experience is a plus

· Experience in IT industry good to have

· SalesForce experience good to have
