Job Duties And Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)

Partner with recruiting and hiring teams to understand staffing needs across our insurance business and develop targeted sourcing strategies.

Proactively identify, engage, and nurture top talent—licensed producers, service reps, and support professionals—through sourcing channels like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.

Create and maintain pipelines of diverse candidates in key markets across the U.S.

Deliver personalized outreach and compelling messaging that communicates the value of a career at HomeServices Insurance.

Track talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor insights to advise recruiting strategy.

Maintain detailed sourcing data and contribute to regular reporting on pipeline health and candidate engagement.

Source and recruit candidates for assorted professional and management level positions in markets across the United States. This includes sourcing both active and passive candidates.

Coordinate and oversee the recruitment process including consulting with managers regarding staffing needs, interviewing, and selection.

Research and develop relationships with community organizations to provide qualified diverse candidates. Ensure candidate pools contain a diverse slate of candidates.

Conduct pre-screening, interviews, reference checks and other recruitment activities.

Provide benefits and company information, and ensure the appropriate state required documents are given to applicants.

Guide hiring managers on interviewing skills on an ongoing basis to ensure effective legal interviewing practices.

Recommend process improvements as they pertain to the recruiting function.

Responsible for data entry into the HRIS system.

Provide consultation and interpretation of staffing policies and procedures to supervisory staff and employees.

Maintain a working knowledge of local, state and federal regulations to ensure that employment actions and programs are in compliance.

Perform Any Additional Responsibilities As Requested Or Assigned.

Follow the company HR Policy, the Code of Business Conduct and all subsidiary and department policies and procedures, including protecting confidential company information, attending work punctually and regularly, and following good safety practices in all activities.

Qualifications

Education:

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience and knowledge. Bachelor's degree highly preferred.

Experience

7 years of managing full-cycle recruiting.

7 years previous human resources experience.

Knowledge And Skills

Demonstrated knowledge and ability working with external recruiting resources.

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of employment law and common human resources practices/programs.

Proficiency in MS Office program suite.

Strong customer service skills.

Very strong verbal and written communication; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

Other (licenses, Certifications, Schedule Flexibility/OT, Travel, Etc.)

PHR desired

Possibility of after-hours interviews as needed to best meet candidate needs.

Wage: $100,000.00 - $114,000.00 annually; actual wage is based upon education and experience. Potential for annual discretionary bonus.
