Qualifications

• 5+ years building enterprise applications with strong backend expertise (Java, Spring Boot, APIs, microservices).

• Strong foundation in distributed systems, system design, and testing practices.
• Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI (LLMs, RAG, automation, or AI-assisted development).
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Utilize frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
• Develop RAG pipelines, vector-backed solutions, and knowledge-grounded systems.
• Build capabilities for context management, memory, and orchestration layers.
• Enable human-in-the-loop workflows for governance and continuous learning.
• Ensure observability, guardrails, and performance optimization (latency, cost, reliability).
• Build scalable, secure, and observable system integrations.

• Collaborate across Agile teams and provide technical leadership.
