About the role

AT&T is looking for a Senior Applications Developer to develop (code), test, and provide ongoing application support for new or existing software applications, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business requirements. They will lead the design, development, and deployment of agentic AI solutions. They will architect robust, scalable applications that leverage autonomous agents, Large Language Models (LLMs), and advanced AI techniques to drive innovation and transform business processes.

What You’ll Do
  • Software Development: Code and test new software applications to meet business requirements and user needs.
  • Application Maintenance and Performance Optimization: Maintain and update existing applications to fix bugs, improve performance, and ensure compatibility with new technologies.
  • Requirement Analysis and Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements/user stories, creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
  • Quality Assurance and Technical Support: Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Collaboration and Project Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, managing development projects and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science.
  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.

Compensation and Benefits

Senior Applications Developer earns between $130,700 - $196,100 USD. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
