Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional to join our team as a Sr Specialist Operations Manager - Digital . This hybrid role combines operational oversight, project/program management, and administrative support to ensure the seamless execution of tasks and strategic initiatives supporting the Digital organization.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented in a dynamic and fast paced environment, and capable of managing multiple competing priorities while supporting leadership and driving organizational goals. This role is perfect for an ambitious professional who thrives in a multitasking environment and is eager to contribute to meaningful projects. You will have the opportunity to work closely with leadership, make a tangible impact, and develop skills that will advance your career.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Organizational Operations Management : Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements. Support the organization by facilitating communication and streamlining workflows. Track goals and metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Support general human resources activities such as onboarding, employee exits, payroll support, compliance, workforce management, etc. Maintain RIM compliance.
  • Workplace Experience: Organize and support onsite and offsite team meetings, team-building activities and organizational events. Foster a highly collaborative work environment. Be a culture champion driving culture initiatives and experiences. Support workforce planning by managing global real estate activities, onboarding, asset coordination, and more.
  • Project and Program Management : Plan, organize, track, and oversee internal projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on project deliverables.
  • Administrative Management and Support : Provide administrative support scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and office coverage to executive assistant. Provide general office management support with office supplies, group time reporting, etc. Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and reports for executives.

Skills, Qualifications, And Core Competencies

  • Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in administrative support, project management, or operations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving : Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Collaborative, approachable, and capable of building strong relationships across teams.
  • Attention to Detail : Commitment to accuracy and quality in all work outputs.
  • Leadership : Ability to inspire and influence others, even without direct authority. Displays executive presence and the drive to grow their career.
