$25.00/hr - $28.00/hr

As the Partnership Operations Lead, you’ll manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, drive process improvements, and provide operational support across gaming-related initiatives. This position sits at the intersection of gaming, brand partnerships, and operations. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination across teams and executing cross-functional project plans while contributing to strategic opportunities in a fast-paced, culturally relevant space.

Key Responsibilities

External Partner Management

  • Maintain regular communication and coordination with external gaming partners.
  • Manage cadence for product integration and approval processes.
  • Coordinate site visits and offsite meetings with partners.

Internal Stakeholder Coordination

  • Help build and maintain internal-facing playbooks for various gaming partners.
  • Support the design and implementation of feedback and approval workflows.
  • Streamline sourcing of samples and digital product files for in-game use.

Project Management

  • Drive timelines and deliverables across active gaming projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and document key partnership meetings, track action items.
  • Monitor royalty payouts related to featured intellectual property (IP) and athlete involvement.

Strategic & Operational Support

  • Assist with new business opportunity exploration and calendar planning.
  • Provide support around contracts, legal coordination, and trademark/IP matters.
  • Manage a central calendar of key gaming moments, launches, and partnership milestones.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in project operations, brand coordination, or partnership support.
  • Strong meeting and calendar management skills (scheduling, agendas, note-taking).
  • Quick learner with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience with tools like Airtable, Excel, and Keynote.
  • Interest or experience in gaming, pop culture, or anime is highly preferred.
