Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join the AWS Science Recruiting team in California. You will advise hiring managers on search strategy and build relationships with technical leaders across AI/ML, NLP, CV, and related domains.

Your work will influence decisions affecting billions of customers. You will develop multi-channel search strategies, build talent networks, and guide candidates through the onsite process while coaching teams on interviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting including full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience across other functional areas of talent acquisition, ideally diversity recruiting, research or analytics
• Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research

Key job responsibilities

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
