You will work across all Amazon businesses, advising hiring managers on hiring strategy while building relationships with technical leaders. The candidates you engage will influence decisions affecting billions of customers.

Key job responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate and or search firm progressive recruiting including full life cycle recruiting experience

• Experience across other functional areas of talent acquisition, ideally diversity recruiting, research or analytics
• Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
