A day in the life

As the Source & Procure Excellence PM within the RSC PMO, you operate at the intersection of every function that touches supplier management. One moment you're partnering with sourcing leaders on performance governance, the next you're aligning with procurement, logistics, or finance on how data flows and standards connect. You don't own execution — you design the mechanisms, playbooks, and tools that make sourcing and supplier management more consistent, scalable, and accountable across the organization. Your work turns strategy into repeatable process, and fragmented practices into shared standards. Every day is cross‑functional, fast‑moving, and focused on building what doesn't yet exist.
