The role is highly consultative and hands-on, requiring clear communication with broadcasters and telecom operators. The position is remote for US-based candidates, with extensive travel (90–120 days/year) to support design sessions and implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years designing and deploying broadcast production environments.
• 3+ years with SMPTE ST 2110 IP-based media environments.
• Excellent English communication; travel willingness (90–120 days/yr).

Responsibilities

• Lead pre- and post-sales design sessions as the technical expert.
• Engage hands-on with customers to showcase implementation best practices.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will serve as a technical advisor across the pre-sales and post-sales journey, helping customers shape broadcast and media technology solutions that align with their operational and commercial needs. The position is highly consultative and hands-on, with a strong focus on IP-based workflows, solution design, and clear communication with broadcasters and telecom operators. The ideal candidate will translate complex technical requirements into practical architectures that support successful implementations and strong customer outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually
