Job summary

Ladders seeks a Sr. Solutions Architect to join our team as a technical advisor across pre-sales and post-sales, shaping IP-based broadcast and media architectures for customers.

The role is highly consultative and hands-on, requiring clear communication with broadcasters and telecom operators. The position is remote for US-based candidates, with extensive travel (90–120 days/year) to support design sessions and implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years designing and deploying broadcast production environments.
• 3+ years with SMPTE ST 2110 IP-based media environments.
• Excellent English communication; travel willingness (90–120 days/yr).

Responsibilities

• Lead pre- and post-sales design sessions as the technical expert.
• Engage hands-on with customers to showcase implementation best practices.
• Consult to distinguish between customer requirements and wants in workflows.
• Present IP solutions to broadcasters and telecom operators effectively.
• Act as the technical solution owner throughout the sales cycle.
• Design high-level custom solutions based on customer needs.
• Document customer technical and commercial requirements for clear communication.
