Job Overview

The Customer Workflows Solution Sales Executive will oversee the success of ServiceNow's CX, FSM, Source to Pay, and related Customer Workflows solutions within the State and Local Government market for the Western Plains region (MN, WI, IO, west to CO, the mountain states, and the Pac NW). These products are built on our market-leading Service Management platform, creating a unified source of truth for enterprise processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive new opportunities and growth of Customer Workflows within the territory.
  2. Support regional strategy and planning to enhance vertical agreement, account use case targeting, and execution.
  3. Provide domain expertise during account planning, aligning with Now Value principles.
  4. Assist customers in envisioning digital transformation value and develop strategies with the account team, customers, and partners.
  5. Collaborate with Solutions Consulting on Capability Roadmap feedback and alignment.
  6. Coach sales team members to identify opportunities and drive sales cycles.
  7. Customize responsibilities based on territory needs and celebrate successes.
  8. Promote diversity and inclusion within the team and environment.
Qualifications
  • Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Located in upper Midwest, Rockies, or Pac NW with flexibility to travel 30-50%.
  • Proven success in sales targets achievement, especially with SLG and Customer Workflows solutions.
  • 7+ years of sales experience in SLG markets.
  • 3+ years selling Customer Workflows software solutions.
  • Track record of closing new logos in SLED vertical.
  • Experience in a sales role related to SLG or SLED.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS/software sales and business processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
