We are actively seeking a Senior Solution Engineer for our Pre-Sales organization. This remote position can be based anywhere in the U.S.- Central Region.

Position Summary

In this role, you will engage in sales opportunities, participate in customer meetings, and collaborate closely with our Senior Account Executives to address customer needs. You will serve as a key liaison to our Delivery and Strategic Services teams, leveraging your knowledge of Rimini Street products to articulate strategies and support our offerings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Partner with Senior Account Executives on global sales opportunities.
  2. Participate in customer meetings, responding to their needs and challenges.
  3. Coordinate with Service Delivery and Product teams for pricing and delivery approvals.
  4. Deliver compelling presentations and handle objections confidently in various settings, from technical teams to C-Level executives.
  5. Provide detailed scoping requirements for support services.
Additional Duties
  1. Contribute to company initiatives supporting growth and profitability of Oracle product lines.
  2. Travel approximately 25% for global sales support.
Location

U.S.- Central Region.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 12-15 years in Pre-Sales Engineering or Solution Architecture, supporting applications, technology, or databases in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Experience with complex ERP implementations and supporting sales teams through the sales cycle.
  • Knowledge of software licensing, especially for Oracle and SAP systems, and familiarity with cloud infrastructure.
Skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, flexible schedule environment.
