Job Title: Sr Solution Architect (Category Management)

Location: Virtual within the US

Travel: Domestic travel for this role is required.

Overview:
Blue Yonder is seeking a Solution Architect to join our Delivery Services team, focusing on ensuring customers realize value from their Blue Yonder Category Management solutions across the US and Canada.
In this role, you will design solutions using products like Strategic Assortment, Planogram Generator, and Micro/Macro Planning, and stay at the forefront with our latest product innovations.
You will act as the functional liaison among stakeholders, including customer contacts, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and 3rd Party Consultants, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, optimize, and implement Blue Yonder Retail Category Management solutions, applying industry best practices.
2. Understand and configure solutions to meet customer requirements and business processes.
3. Lead solution design, validation, and timeline management.
4. Oversee system integration, user acceptance testing, and deployment phases.
5. Balance project scope, timeline, and requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Assess business needs outside standard solutions, considering integration complexity and architecture constraints.
7. Identify additional revenue opportunities with existing customers.
8. Communicate customer needs and product enhancement requests to relevant teams.

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience delivering Category Management solutions in retail and manufacturing industries.
• Experience with Blue Yonder Planning suite, including Clustering, Assortment, Micro, and Macro planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Experience with design sessions, interpreting business requirements, system integration, UAT, and issue resolution.
• Experience with Cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools.

The average salary ranges from $115,000 to $143,000 USD, depending on location, skills, and experience. The role may include performance bonuses or commissions.
