The Sr. Software Solutions Executive is responsible for driving nationwide revenue growth through strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and acquisition of net-new healthcare customers for Optum's software-as-a-service (SaaS) portfolio. This role is primarily focused on identifying, developing, and closing new-logo SaaS business opportunities across the United States while building executive-level relationships and expanding Optum's market presence. The Sr. Software Solutions Executive collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and other internal partners to align SaaS solutions with customer business challenges and support long-term growth. In addition to driving new-logo business, the role supports select renewal opportunities, including high-risk or complex accounts where senior software sales expertise is needed.

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $50,000 - $115,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
