Job summary

Rivian and Volkswagen Group Technologies seek engineers to build software for automated test frameworks validating vehicle systems. You will implement libraries and services for teams across Rivian and VW Group Technologies, collaborating to define test and diagnostics strategy.

Join us to expand HIL capabilities and develop CI/CD infrastructure, contributing to software-defined vehicles with a focus on SDLC best practices and modern tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Automation-First mindset.
• Strong software development skills with working knowledge of Python and/or C++.
• Shipped at least one widely deployed application or service.
• Comfortable with SDLC best practices and using version-controlled software.
• Knowledge of k8s, Bazel, GitLab, Terraform, Vault or automotive systems is considered a plus.

Payments are discretionary and not guaranteed; actual amounts depend on company results and the terms of the plan in effect, and require active employment at the time of payout. This role is also eligible for equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), subject to board approval and the terms of our equity incentive plans, including applicable vesting requirements.
