Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Senior Software Development Engineer for IT MFG & TPG. You will configure, develop, maintain and support Micron and third-party applications, and apply software life cycle practices.

You will work across IT, Information Security and Technology teams, design scalable solutions, analyze issues, and leverage Generative AI tools to boost development efficiency while maintaining engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/CE or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of software development experience.
• Experience building RESTful services with NodeJS, C#, .NET or C++.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineering and implementation of scalable applications for IT MFG & TPG.
• Collaborate with IT, Information Security and Technology teams to drive impactful changes.
• Analyze and fix systems issues and assess impact of changes using data.
• Apply Generative AI tools to increase development efficiency while adhering to engineering standards.
