Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking an IT Software Support Engineer to support, develop, and maintain software solutions for Technology Development in Boise, Idaho. Responsibilities

• Minimize IT impact and reduce support levels.
• Resolve critical IT downtime issues through repairs or workarounds.
• Monitor and respond to line and IT system performance promptly.
• Leverage AI systems and workflows to improve team effectiveness.
• Develop permanent software solutions for critical business needs.
• Create and maintain training documentation for 1st and 2nd level IT support.
• Collect, analyze, and present data including efficiency enhancements and root cause analysis.
