Job summary

INflow Federal is seeking a Software Developer to build and ship AI features for Ontology-based mission applications supporting a DoW/IC customer. This on-site role in Springfield, VA requires TS/SCI clearance; you will develop LLM-enabled workflows and RAG capabilities, and integrate data streams across secure networks.

Qualifications

Job Overview

As a Software Developer at INflow Federal, you'll build and ship AI features for Ontology-based mission applications supporting an Intelligence Community customer. This is TS/SCI, on-site work at Patriot Ridge in Springfield, VA — the applications you write go directly to systems and analysts working real intelligence problems. In this role, you will develop LLM-enabled workflows and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) capabilities inside existing mission software, integrate data streams from multiple sources and network environments into the customer's system, and execute cloud platform migrations across AWS, OpenShift, and Kubernetes. You'll work in Python, Java, and Scala on an agile scrum team, applying DevSecOps practices — code hardening, automated security scanning, CI/CD — so that what you build survives contact with complex, secure networks.
