Job summary

Qualifications

• US Citizens with ability to obtain DoD clearance.
• Experience with DoD/IC programs is preferred.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills.
• Requires valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Travel may be required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Senior Engineering and Project Integration staff to assess, document, and track program requirements.
• Develop artifacts, architectural documentation, and integration of various sources into a cohesive product; prepare graphical and narrative presentations.
• Support integration, and testing of hardware/software components on a complex program.
• Work with engineers across contracts to produce architecture artifacts spanning technical, physical and logical designs for managed services.
• Monitor service line communication channels for immediate needs throughout the day.
• Assist in developing solutions by leveraging SMEs across several contracts and service lanes to document environments.
• Manage assigned service tickets and coordinate closures as needed.
• Support enterprise scale system integration, virtualization, LAN/WAN, firewall, DMZ, NAS/SAN storage, and backup technologies.

• Collaborate and support the Senior Engineering and Project Integration staff in assessing, documenting, and tracking existing and new program requirements
• Support the program by developing artifacts, architectural documentation, and integration of various sources into a cohesive product, preparation of graphical and narrative presentation
• Support the integration, and testing of specific components of hardware/software systems on a complex program
• Work and interact with engineers across multiple contracts to produce architecture artifacts that span technical, physical and logical designs supporting a portfolio of managed services
• Monitor service line communication channels for immediate needs throughout the day
• Support comprehensive solutions development by leveraging subject matter experts from across several contracts and service lanes to produce and document environments
• Managing assigned service tickets and coordinating closure as needed
• Support enterprise scale system integration and design, enterprise Virtualized environments, LAN and WAN technologies, Firewall technologies, DMZ Architectures, Enterprise class storage (NAS & SAN technologies) and Backup technologies (NetBackup, Cohesity and Veeam Backup solutions)

• Red Hat Enterprise Linux, YUM, Satellite, Capsule technologies
• Enterprise Storage Systems (EMC (Unity, Isilon platforms) NetApp)
• Enterprise scale backup technologies
• DISA STIG Audits, hardening and remediation procedures
• Certification and Accreditation Experience
• Risk Management Frameworks
• Active DoD TS/SCI
