Rightway is hiring Senior Software Engineers to work on web, mobile, and backend systems. The tech stack includes React, Node, NestJS, TypeScript, and Ruby on Rails, with a strong emphasis on AI-native tooling in the development workflow.
Responsibilities include leading architecture and delivery across Rails backend and React frontend, building integrations to our PBM platform, mentoring engineers, and setting testing and quality standards to improve reliability and developer experience.
We’re hiring Senior Software Engineers to work on Rightway’s products across web, mobile, and backend systems. Our backend platform spans multiple technologies, with newer services built using React, Node, NestJS, and TypeScript, alongside existing services implemented in Ruby on Rails.
Senior engineers at Rightway are expected to bring strong technical ownership, contribute to system design, and help teams deliver reliable, high quality software.
We're an AI-native engineering team that uses AI tooling daily in our development workflow and expects our senior engineers to lead adoption, establish best practices, and help the team get better at working with these tools.
$160,000 - $195,000 annually, in addition to bonus and equity
Compensation offered will be determined by geographic location, experience, and qualifications.
