Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Software Engineer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client is an early-stage startup based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. The team has built an AI agent, the world’s best performance marketer. The solution works 24/7 to create and optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns, helping companies grow faster. The company is backed by Silicon Valley’s top enterprise & AI investors, including Mayfield.

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of experience in software development.
• Experience in building new products from scratch.
• Data understanding of building data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and transformation (for example, analytics calculations or predictions using large data sets).
• Experience building with LLMs in production or prototyping with LLMs in personal projects.
• Strong experience in the backend (for 70% of work) with TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Hono, focusing on data storage, transformation, and orchestration.
• Experience frontend development (for 30% of work) using React and TypeScript.
• Ownership attitude and hunger to dig in.
• A strong and motivating team member with experience working with start-ups and building everything from scratch.
• Proactive and a fast learner with good communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with AI-generated content, OpenAI, and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Take on a critical role in developing significant parts of our core solutions.
• Take part in building new features from scratch and iterate across the product (according to customer feedback for your skills).
