Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Soarian Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities include providing expert support and consulting for the Soarian Revenue Cycle Management system, interacting with departments like patient accounting, scheduling, registration, and third-party applications.

Minimum Education/Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant revenue cycle experience
• At least 3 years of experience in an healthcare IS setting
• Experience with 2 full lifecycle implementations of revenue cycle systems
• Minimum 3 years of Soarian application experience
• Experience with HL7, Patient Access, and Revenue Cycle processes

Additional Skills and Requirements

• Ability to troubleshoot Soarian interfaces and third-party applications
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with industry tools like 3M, PBAR, MedSeries4, Change Healthcare, nThrive, Patient Keeper is a plus

Accountabilities

Include customer service, teamwork and project management, solution design, performance improvement, technical support, reporting, training, and on-call duties.
