Revenue Cycle Analyst, Sr (Soarian) PERM

This position is for a Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst within a leading Healthcare Organization, focusing on Cerner/Oracle EHR.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Use expert knowledge to generate and develop system scope and objective.
• Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems and devise or modify procedures to solve problems using data processing.
• Design, develop, implement, and make operational revenue cycle information systems.
• Identify and document information technology design specifications based on user needs.
• Act as an application administrator ensuring data integrity and maintaining system security.
• Analyze, plan, design, create, and maintain reports using various technologies.
• Balance time between direct customer service and project-related activities.
• Train new/current staff members on applicable systems/applications.

Minimum Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or 9 years of relevant experience if no bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years relevant revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IS Healthcare setting.
• Experience with 2 full life cycle implementations required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Soarian Application experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot Soarian interface and 3rd party applications required.
