Job Responsibilities

Provide expert support and consulting for the Soarian Revenue Cycle Management system, interacting with departments like patient accounting, scheduling, registration, and third-party applications.

Assist in system design, troubleshooting, training, and process improvement initiatives.

Minimum Education & Experience

• At least 5 years of revenue cycle experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IS healthcare setting
• Experience with 2 full lifecycle implementations
• At least 3 years of Soarian application experience

Additional Skills

• HL7, Patient Access, and Revenue Cycle experience
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with industry tools like 3M, PBAR, MedSeries4, etc. is a plus
