Job Details

We seek a dynamic Senior Soarian Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities include providing expert support and consulting for the Soarian Revenue Cycle Management system, interacting with departments like patient accounting, scheduling, registration, and third-party applications.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant revenue cycle experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an healthcare IT setting
• Experience with 2 full lifecycle implementations of revenue cycle systems
• Minimum 3 years of Soarian application experience
• At least 3 years of HL7, Patient Access, and Revenue Cycle experience

Additional skills include troubleshooting interfaces, strong organizational skills, customer service focus, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with relevant healthcare systems and applications.

• Customer service: addressing questions, concerns, and enhancement requests professionally
• Teamwork and project management: assisting in project goals, milestones, and procedures
• Solution design and development: analyzing needs and formulating solutions
• Performance improvement and innovation: participating in process improvements and system innovations
• Technical support: system activities, build, design, infrastructure, and standards adherence
• Reporting and analytics: generating reports and designing custom reports
• Training: educating staff and vendors on systems and applications
• Other duties and on-call responsibilities
