Job Responsibilities

We seek a dynamic Senior Soarian Revenue Cycle Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities include supporting and consulting on the Soarian Revenue Cycle Management system, interacting with departments like patient accounting, scheduling, registration, and third-party applications.

Minimum Education/Experience

• At least 5 years of revenue cycle experience
• 3+ years in an IS healthcare setting
• Experience with 2 full lifecycle implementations
• 3+ years of Soarian application experience
• Experience with HL7, Patient Access, and Revenue Cycle systems

Additional Skills

• Troubleshooting Soarian interfaces and third-party applications
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with systems like 3M, PBAR, MedSeries4, Change Healthcare, nThrive, Patient Keeper is a plus

Accountabilities

Includes customer service, teamwork, solution design, performance improvement, technical support, report generation, training, and on-call duties.
