Job summary

Reliant Critical Infrastructure seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations for data center projects, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality execution across one or more sites. You will coordinate trade partners, manage manpower, and drive commissioning readiness while reporting to the Senior Project Manager.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of construction experience with exposure to data centers or mission-critical environments, strong proficiency in Excel and project scheduling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 10+ years construction experience, Division 2-10 concrete through finish trade.
• 3+ years data center or mission-critical environment preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Yardi, Procore and Prolog experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
• Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with the contracted scope of work.
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
• Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.
• Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite.
• May perform Field Superintendent duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously.
• Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team.
• Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.
• Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work.
• Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors in regards to quality of work or scheduling.
• Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.
• Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.
• Complete other such duties consistent with your role as you may be assigned by T5 management.

The Senior Superintendent is the senior field leader responsible for the safe, timely, and high-quality execution of one or multiple data center buildings, major phases, or campus programs. This role drives field operations, trade partner performance, manpower planning, commissioning readiness, shutdown planning, logistics coordination, and superintendent development. The Senior Superintendent serves as the primary field counterpart to the Senior Project Manager and is accountable for delivering the field execution strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, required
• 10+ years Construction experience required (Experience with Division 2-10: concrete through finish trade)
• 3+ years Data Center experience, preferred or equivalent mission critical environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Project)
• Yardi, Procore and Prolog experience, preferred
