The Sr Site Inventory Specialist manages daily workflow to meet productivity standards, provides coverage, guidance, and training to team members as needed. Regular engagement with customers, sales representatives, and management ensures optimized service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing stockroom services, order entry, order management, procurement systems, chemical tracking, and desktop delivery of lab supplies.
• Conducting periodic safety showers and eyewash inspections to maintain safety compliance.
• Adjusting daily responsibilities based on customer needs.
• Participating in team meetings to stay aligned with operational updates and team objectives; facilitation of meetings is not required.
• Interacting regularly with customers to address needs, special requirements, and provide technical support, ensuring alignment with customer agreements and standard practices.

Education Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience Requirements:

• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Experience in inventory management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Hands-on lab experience preferred.
