About the opportunity

The Senior Services Consultant guides the overall design and delivery of Dayforce Consulting Services engagements, leveraging Dayforce to meet customer requirements and providing oversight and direction to team members. The Senior Service Consultant is an expert in HCM consulting with a strong SaaS technology foundation, involved in multiple projects of varying size and complexity, with a track record of project excellence. They work independently with customers, influencing outcomes through their knowledge across skill areas, and have established themselves as a leader and mentor.

What you'll get to do
  • Provide consulting services to customers, leading engagements to assess how Dayforce impacts HR service delivery, including processes, policies, user experience, organization design, governance, reporting, and analytics.
  • Ensure smooth knowledge transfer to the Dayforce Implementation team.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on strategic implementations, assisting on projects of diverse sizes and complexities.
  • Lead internal and external project meetings, providing status updates on consulting activities and deliverables.
  • Conduct peer reviews and internal quality assurance activities.
  • Lead or contribute to organizational readiness and rollout planning for Dayforce solutions.
  • Establish credibility and rapport with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executives.
  • Manage difficult conversations with clients calmly and professionally, taking necessary stances for project success.
  • Engage with multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, design and document solutions, and share best practices.
  • Lead SME programs in areas such as HR service delivery, Dayforce, or talent management.
  • Participate in internal process improvements, continuous education, and knowledge sharing.
  • Support sales through solution reviews, scoping, and estimation, and participate in prospect discussions regarding solutions and implementation strategies.
Skills and Experience we value
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree or postgraduate coursework is an asset.
  • At least 3 years of HCM consulting experience with a focus on configuration of Time & Attendance, Schedules, Pay Rules, Organizational Structure, and Leave Policies.
  • At least 2 years of HCM implementation or relevant consulting experience.
  • Strong experience in business process mapping, organizational readiness, and technology enablement.
  • Experience in change management is an asset.
  • Technical skills: Expert in HR operations, SaaS domain, and Dayforce product knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with various industries' best practices for Dayforce implementation.
  • Functional skills: Excellent customer relationship management, communication, organization, facilitation, mentoring, and solution scoping skills. Willingness to travel as needed.
