What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales bookings and contribute to revenue growth across assigned products, focusing on ServiceNow products and consulting services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while targeting net-new accounts
- Develop accurate Account Plans and maintain sales opportunities in Salesforce throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs
- Facilitate contract negotiations to maximize profitability while managing risk

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of sales or sales solutioning experience at a large, global organization
- Experience in Corporate Real Estate services and related technologies, particularly IWMS, EAM, and Customer Workflows solutions
- Proven capabilities in developing opportunities and closing new business or expansion sales
- Familiarity with structured sales processes and tools such as Miller Heiman and Salesforce
- Strong influential skills and the ability to navigate diverse stakeholder relationships

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in selling ServiceNow WSD, EAM, and/or Customer Workflows solutions
- Established credibility in the Commercial Real Estate community
- Ability to present innovative ideas and challenge the status quo effectively
- Passion for driving client engagement and competitive success
- Understanding of market trends in CRE Technologies, particularly IWMS solutions
