What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales bookings to contribute to revenue growth across assigned products with a focus on ServiceNow
- Manage relationships with existing clients while targeting new accounts
- Develop and maintain Account Plans and manage opportunities in Salesforce
- Collaborate with business partners to drive closed sales and maintain strong client relationships
- Facilitate contract negotiations to maximize profitability while managing risk
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of sales or sales solutioning experience at a large, global organization
- Experience in Corporate Real Estate services and technology solutions, particularly IWMS and EAM
- Proven track record in developing opportunities and closing new business
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies and tools, including Miller Heiman and Salesforce
- Strong influential skills to work effectively across diverse stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in selling ServiceNow WSD, EAM, and/or other Customer Workflows solutions
- Established relationships with executive-level clients in the Commercial Real Estate community
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
- Passion for engaging new clients and driving competitive results
- Understanding of market trends in CRE Technologies, especially IWMS solutions
