Contract to Hire

General Description :

Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Mentor junior developers and liaise with departments to achieve strategic IT goals.

Tasks, Duties, Functions :

• Development and Leadership :
• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow configurations.
• Create custom applications and integrations.
• Project Management :
• Manage ServiceNow projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with IT and business departments.
• Testing, Deployment, and Optimization :
• Conduct testing (unit, integration, user acceptance).
• Deploy updates and new configurations.
• Optimize system performance.
• Documentation :
• Develop technical documents (architecture, data models, process flows).
• Support and Troubleshooting :
• Provide advanced troubleshooting support.
• Resolve complex issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Recommend process and system improvements.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices.
• Compliance :
• Ensure solutions comply with IT policies and regulations.
• Organizational Contacts and Relationships :
• Internal : Staff and management.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Master's Degree is a plus.
• Experience : Minimum 7 years in software design and troubleshooting. Minimum 4 years with ServiceNow deployment and administration. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and / or Implementation Specialist preferred.
