Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer in Tampa, FL, to translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs and deliver high-quality ServiceNow applications. You will lead development efforts, guide other developers, and ensure alignment with business goals, while staying current with platform innovations.

Qualifications

  • Requires a Federal or DoD Top Secret clearance; candidate must obtain adjudication prior to onboarding.
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Ability to commute to client or corporate offices in the Tampa, FL area.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow modules such as GRC, SPM, ITSM; App Engine and Scoped Apps.
  • Experience with web services integration (Mid-Server, SOAP, REST) preferred.
  • Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
  • Experience in Agile environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.

What You Will Need
  • Must POSSESS and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "TOP SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain an approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.

What Would Be Nice To Have

  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD)
  • Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST preferred.
  • Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications.
  • General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment.
  • Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.
