Familiarity with ServiceNow core application UI and workflow configuration, report development, and integration components.

Understanding of ServiceNow Architecture, HA, DC-DR concepts.

Understanding of ServiceNow Integration Points.

Understanding of Discovery Tools and its Integration with ServiceNow.

Understanding of Monitoring tools and its integration with ServiceNow.

Experience with ServiceNow System Upgrade cycles (executed/planned 1/2 cycles).

Focus on Automation within service management.

Fundamental understanding of key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions, including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS.

In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with Service Management business processes.

Experience integrating with other cloud-based and legacy client platforms (BeSpoke and SNOW Spokes).

Good understanding of Java JAR development for the ServiceNow MID Server.

Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $140,000 per annum.
