Aequilibrium is seeking a Senior Service and UX Designer for a public-sector modernization initiative in Canada. You will lead end-to-end design across internal, partner-facing and public services within an enterprise Dynamics 365 environment.

The role emphasizes research, journey mapping, and co-design within a cross-functional Agile team. Remote work within Canada is supported with Alberta business hours. The contractor rate is CAD 80–100/hour, ~2,000 hours/year.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive experience delivering UX, UI and service design in complex enterprise environments.
• 5+ years supporting digital transformation within government or public sector.
• Degree/diploma in interaction design, UX, product design or related field.
• Experience designing responsive enterprise applications and complex digital service platforms.
• Strong human-centered service-design experience including journey mapping and service blueprints.
• Experience developing or governing enterprise design systems and design tokens.
• Proficiency with Figma, Miro and FigJam; Jira or Confluence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead human-centered design across internal, partner-facing and public-facing digital services.
• Plan and conduct user research including interviews, workshops, usability testing, surveys and behavioral analysis.
• Map complex service ecosystems and create current-state and future-state journey maps and blueprints.
• Translate research and business needs into information architecture, user flows, wireframes and prototypes.
• Design intuitive, accessible interfaces for enterprise web apps and portals.
• Create and maintain enterprise design systems and component libraries.
• Apply WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility across research, design and implementation.
• Facilitate design-thinking, co-design and stakeholder-alignment workshops.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, development and QA in Agile teams.
• Prepare production-ready specs and support developer handoff and QA.
• Use usability metrics and analytics to guide improvement.
• Provide design leadership while remaining involved in delivery.
