Sr. Security Engineer (OT)

Job Locations: US-OH-Dayton

Overview

Amyx is seeking to hire a Security Engineer (OT) for a remote position supporting a DLA OT contract. The Security Engineer ensures that project tasks, processes, or methodologies involving information systems comply with agency, DoD, NIST, and industrial security guidelines, standards, and requirements. Work may include travel to industrial environments and customer sites. The role involves collaboration with a remote team on all cybersecurity and planning activities.

Responsibilities

1. Work with local OT personnel on cybersecurity issues related to network, software, or systems.
2. Ensure compliance with evolving DoD requirements.
3. Conduct Information Assurance efforts and oversee DoD Certification and Accreditation of OT systems and networks.
4. Communicate accurate information effectively.

Qualifications

Required:

• Eligible for an IT-II and Secret Clearance
• Security+ CE or DoD 8570 certification at IAT - Level II or higher
• 7+ years of experience with Operational Technologies (OT)

Desired:

• DLA/DOD IA Experience
• Experience with fuels applications, systems, and equipment
• Training and/or certification in Operational Technology (OT) from a recognized organization
• Knowledge of NIST 800-50, 800-37, 800-82
• Valid U.S. Passport
• Relevant OT certifications such as GICSP, ISA CCST
