Job Purpose:

The Honda Development and Manufacturing Production Engineering team is responsible for operational technology security in our manufacturing environment. The OT Security Site Lead facilitates regional OT security initiatives, supports core security functions, and collaborates with IT and business units to ensure secure operations at the site.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Lead site interface for OT security initiatives, including communication, technical support, training, and project management.
2. Manage asset visibility and vulnerability detection systems.
3. Lead vulnerability remediation plans and support alert investigations.
4. Ensure equipment backup and recovery, and coordinate incident responses.
5. Contribute to developing OT security tools, systems, and processes regionally.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Networking, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related fields.
2. At least 2 years of experience with industrial control systems and cybersecurity fundamentals.
3. Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity practices.
4. Effective communication skills.
5. Business acumen in technical environments.

Working Conditions:

1. Flexible work hours and schedule.
2. Regional travel, approximately 2-4 trips per year, possibly short-term assignments at other Honda sites.
3. Up to 5 hours of overtime weekly.
4. Work may include weekends and holidays.
5. Hybrid work model (80/20 ratio).
