Job summary

Blue Cross NC in North Carolina seeks an experienced Scrum Master to remove obstacles and drive high-quality product development. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, and foster an agile mindset across the organization.

Ideal candidates have a bachelors or higher, 5+ years in related fields (or 7+ years without a degree), and a Certified Scrum Master certification preferred. This role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive Total Rewards package.

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily scrum, & sprint retrospective), leveraging findings to maximize team productivity & drive cont. improvement
• Facilitate and synthesize insights from scrum ceremonies, in particular sprint review and retrospective, to inform performance and process improvement opportunities
• Champion scrum principles, coaching team members in scrum practices to ensure adoption of and adherence to agile mindset and methodology

Hiring Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 5+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), preferred.

Salary Range
