Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enable resolution of impediments to ensure delivery continuity and cohesive product development.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies (planning, daily scrum, and sprint retrospective) to maximize team productivity and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate and synthesize insights from scrum ceremonies to inform performance and process improvement opportunities.
• Champion scrum principles, coaching team members to ensure adoption of agile mindset and methodology.
