Job Description

Join the Enterprise Product SAP S/4 Finance Solutions Team to perform SAP Core Finance Management activities supporting business requirements, improving existing functionalities, and participating in NBCU’s Finance Transformation journey toward S/4. The Sr. Product Analyst will report to the Director of Finance Systems and will be involved in multiple initiatives, focusing on record to report (RTR), procure to pay (PTP), and order to cash (OTC) processes, leading strategic evolution for Domestic and International Finance. Responsibilities include e-invoicing, e-reporting implementations, and designing SAP solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP Core Finance workstreams (RTR, PTP, OTC) including e-invoicing and digital reporting.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user guides.
• Develop roadmaps for e-invoicing, tax compliance, and e-reporting based on regulatory mandates.
• Design solutions including data models, workflows, and system configurations.
• Implement country-specific tax and electronic invoicing solutions, ensuring integration and data harmonization.
• Deep knowledge of SAP modules like Finance GL, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable; experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and collaborate with technical teams.
• Design and implement SAP integrations with other systems.
• Participate in testing activities to ensure quality.
• Manage projects, troubleshoot system integrations, and oversee data flows.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of SAP experience (ECC and S/4), with a focus on core finance modules.
• Experience with e-invoicing and e-reporting implementations.
• Proven success in SAP project implementations and configurations.
• Knowledge of SAP integration, data migration, and security.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or similar certification.
• Experience with SAP BTP, SaaS products, and financial systems.
• Professional accounting or finance certification.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
